Acromove Inc.,a leading innovator in mobile edge computing and private 5G infrastructure, announces a landmark strategic investment agreement with EFA GROUP, a global high-tech leader in defense and industrial systems. The partnership marks a pivotal step in Acromove’s evolution and positions the company to accelerate its innovation roadmap, expand internationally, and enter the dual-use (civil and defense) technology arena.

As part of this collaboration, EFA GROUP will initially invest close to €3.0 million through a capital increase. Following the transaction, Acromove will relocate operations to EFA GROUP’s state-of-the-art technology campus in Koropi, Greece, where integration with the GROUP’s industrial and defense ecosystem will take place.
