EVANGELOS ACHILLOPOULOS

Founder and CTO

Evangelos has more than 25 years of experience in innovation, R&D, marketing and product development on all aspects of Software, Electronic, and Mechanical engineering. Entrepreneur and Innovator, he has been designing and building products since the age of 17.

He is a Pioneer in TV studio tapeless technology with international patents and intellectual property license agreements around the world. He has developed VHF marine antenna systems, renewable energy data logging telemetry systems, industrial freezer automation electronics, news broadcasting specialized effects units, radio station ads/jingles play-out servers to sophisticated ERP Software systems for TV station management and play-out. He is an experienced DIT, Digital Intermediate Supervisor, and color management, expert.

Evangelos studied Electrical Engineering at the Technological Institute of Crete. He is married with three children and lives in Athens, Greece.

ARTEMIOS ACHILLOPOULOS

Founder & CEO, SVP Global Sales

Artemios has more than 20 years of experience in sales, financials and client management. He handles price policy, internal costs, risk analysis, international sales, negotiations and synergy, credit contracts and legal cases.

In the past he worked in the paper and chemical industry as a rep for many Scandinavian and American corporations, including Sappi Europe, Societe Chimique Prayon-Rupel, and Kimberly/Clark USA. Being a restless spirit, he developed an interest in the stock market working as a deputy broker in private banking for Intercapital Group SA and Stock & Commodities Advisors. In 2000 he was invited to become a Member of the Board of Directors of a company specialized in building innovative software and equipment for Studios and Broadcasting Companies.

Artemios studied Business Administration and Management in Athens and the UK. He lives in Athens, Greece.

Joe Costello

Executive Chairman & EVP Sales and Marketing

Joe was the CEO of Cadence Design Systems from 1988 to 1997. Under his tenure, Cadence became the world’s leading supplier of electronic EDA (Electronic Design Automation) software and services, and one of the 10 highest-grossing software vendors globally. He led the company to over a billion dollars in annual revenue, making it the largest EDA company in the world. In 1997, Chief Executive Magazine named Costello the top CEO of America. In 2004, he was awarded the Phil Kaufman Award.


Joe served as CEO and/or Chairman of the Board in a number of successful companies after Cadence. Most recently, he served as the CEO of Enlighted Inc., from 2014 to 2018, when it was acquired by Siemens.

Yiannis Papayiannis

VP Sales EMEA & APAC

Yiannis (Ioannis) has worked the past 25+ years for Multinational IT/Telco companies in senior operations/sales/general management roles globally but also in the areas of hospitality/real estate/tourism/investements industry through his own ventures or in other organizations. 
 
In his latest role he was heading – based out of the UK- the Network Services Sales for Vodafone Group Account in Tech Mahindra (an Indian Multinational organisation ) while in the past he was for 6 years the COO/Acting CEO and Board Member for Intracom Telecom’s Subsidiary in India. Other organisations that he has worked in the past are Telestet, Q-Telecom (both are now Wind Hellas), Telegate, Roamware, OTE, Alcatel Lucent and more. 
 
Yiannis has a degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering from University of Surrey in the UK. He enjoys mentoring startups and professionals and in his free time trains in martial arts and cooks for his family and friends.He currently resides in Limassol, Cyprus with his wife Krysti and 3 daughters. 

Eliodoro(Bong) Batingana, Jr

CFO

Bong is CFO of Acromove, where he brings knowledge to scaling business operations and provides strategic leadership to the company. Bong has over twenty years of combined experience both public/private technology industry and Big 4 public accounting.  A finance leader in software/ hardware, telecommunications, de carbonization, Ai/ML start-up companies.  Track record of originating and closing equity financing, banking credit lines, venture debt financing and structured financing. Led various IPO, S-1/F-1 filings, domestic and cross-border M&A.

Bong previously worked as CFO of Enlighted who architected the successful M&A to Siemens and held various leadership positions at Ringcentral, Onriva, Arrikto, Metrics Design Automation, Imprint Energy, Trimble Navigation, Wyndham Exchange, PwC and KPMG.

He has obtained continuing studies at Wharton School, UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and Stanford University.  He earned his Masters in Management at Asian Institute of Management in Phil., BS in Accounting at Ateneo de Davao in Phil, and holds a California CPA license and a Certified Global Management Accountant. Bong is an active member of Financial Executives International-Silicon Valley, American Institute of Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and CalCPA.

AGAMEMNON STAVROPOULOS

Internal Auditor

Agamemnon graduated from the Theological School of Athens in 2001 and in 2009 received a degree in Economics from the University of Athens. He also holds a Diploma in Journalism and Media Studies.

For more than 12 years he is the Managing Partner in New Accounts S.A., an experienced accountancy specialized in providing integrated and reliable accounting and tax accounting support services to firms as well as individuals. He is a Member of the Economic Chamber of Greece.

Eleftherios Konstantopoulos

Operations Manager

Lefteris professional career spans for more than 27 years in Europe, UK, Algeria and Indonesia, focused on Quality, Health and Safety, Project/Product/Customer experience and Supplier Management areas while depicting diversity, innovation and efficiency.

His collaborations with companies like Thales Avionics, GE Energy, Sonelgaz, Bombardier, Vodafone, Alcatel-Lucent, VERINT, METKA, Intracom Defense in the industries of Defense, Construction, Chemicals, Aviation and Telecoms resulted in a broad range of experience, business intelligence and analytics. Lefteris is bringing a proven track record of processes and production improvement, non-quality costs reductions, gap/risk analysis that all contribute to business innovation, sustainability, profit, and growth.

 

Lefteris studied Electronic and Electrical engineering with specialization on Radio Frequency at the University of Surrey, UK and is fluently speaking Greek, English and French.

Aggelos Katsaris

VP of software engineering

Angelos has more than 24 years of experience in software development, solution optimization, architecture design and team building.In his latest role he had the role of CTO of the successful multinational scale up company named FlexCar, while in the past he held various leadership positions at Accenture, DPG, Telia and Tripsta.He is an active member in the developers community, participating as a speaker by presenting cutting edge technologies and software development best practices mainly in meetups.

DIONISIS DELIGIANOPOULOS

QA & Compliance Manager

Dionisis is an electronics engineer, having the role of QA and Compliance Manager.

Working in the field as electronics engineer since 2012. His first studies as an Electronic Engineer Educator proved useful in communicating properly and efficiently with team members and coworkers.

Further studies with a master’s degree at Piraeus University of Applied Sciences in the Internet Of Things followed together with working experience on the field of EMC Testing.

NIKITAS MAKRIS

Production Manager

Nikitas graduated as an Electronics Engineer from the Technical Institute of Crete in 2016 and in 2017 received an Associate degree from Cisco Networking Academy in the Hellenic American Union in Athens.

He boasts more than 4 years’ experience in the field of Networking, System Engineering and IT.
