Joe Costello
Chairman
Joe was the CEO of Cadence Design Systems from 1988 to 1997. Under his tenure, Cadence became the world’s leading supplier of electronic EDA (Electronic Design Automation) software and services, and one of the 10 highest-grossing software vendors globally. He led the company to over a billion dollars in annual revenue, making it the largest EDA company in the world. In 1997, Chief Executive Magazine named Costello the top CEO of America. In 2004, he was awarded the Phil Kaufman Award.
Joe served as CEO and/or Chairman of the Board in a number of successful companies after Cadence. Most recently, he served as the CEO of Enlighted Inc., from 2014 to 2018, when it was acquired by Siemens.

“A.K.”, as he is known in Silicon Valley, has over thirty years of executive management and venture capital experience. His operating experience spans product R&D, marketing, general management, corporate officer and CEO responsibilities with Computervision, Xerox, Mentor Graphics, Cadence Design Systems, CoWare and Conformiq, Inc. As general partner with Telos Venture Partners, a Silicon Valley venture capital firm, Thanos focused on emerging internet market opportunities for business to consumer and business to business solutions and internet infrastructure technologies. He served on the boards of Khimetrics, Conduct, VPNX, Intraspect, Coventor, Theta Microelectronics, YY Technologies and others. In 2013 Thanos founded Odyssey Venture Partners, investing exclusively in Greek high technology startups. Acromove has been one of Odyssey’s investments, and he was most recently asked to take the helm of the company to lead it into its next growth stage. Odyssey also invested in Pollfish, Myrmex, Mantis, Arrikto, Avocarrot, IQTaxi and others. Thanos is known for his ability to develop simple strategies for complex market and technology environments, and his mentoring and motivating skills. He holds a BSEE and an MSEE degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a member of IEEE, and several other professional societies

Prathviraj (Raj) Dhir Global Head of Sales & Go-to-Market Raj Dhir leads Acromove’s global sales strategy and US market expansion, bringing over a decade of enterprise revenue leadership spanning founder-built infrastructure ventures to large-scale global telecommunications. As founder of Perfect Enterprises, he built and scaled a connectivity business delivering high-density Wi-Fi across major stadiums, campuses, and public infrastructure environments, executing complex multi-million-dollar deployments in partnership with leading global systems integrators. At Nokia, he owned Private 5G and edge infrastructure sales across North America, building and converting enterprise pipeline across industrial, energy, logistics, and public-sector accounts while activating a national partner ecosystem of tier-one technology and telecommunications providers. At Acromove, Raj brings that same outcome-first discipline to the industries where traditional cloud cannot operate — oil & gas, defense, mining, and critical infrastructure — driving enterprise adoption of the world’s most advanced portable edge computing platform.

CFO
Bong is CFO of Acromove, where he brings knowledge to scaling business operations and provides strategic leadership to the company. Bong has over twenty years of combined experience both public/private technology industry and Big 4 public accounting. A finance leader in software/ hardware, telecommunications, de carbonization, Ai/ML start-up companies. Track record of originating and closing equity financing, banking credit lines, venture debt financing and structured financing. Led various IPO, S-1/F-1 filings, domestic and cross-border M&A.
Bong previously worked as CFO of Enlighted who architected the successful M&A to Siemens and held various leadership positions at Ringcentral, Onriva, Arrikto, Metrics Design Automation, Imprint Energy, Trimble Navigation, Wyndham Exchange, PwC and KPMG.
He has obtained continuing studies at Wharton School, UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and Stanford University. He earned his Masters in Management at Asian Institute of Management in Phil., BS in Accounting at Ateneo de Davao in Phil, and holds a California CPA license and a Certified Global Management Accountant. Bong is an active member of Financial Executives International-Silicon Valley, American Institute of Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and CalCPA.

Dionisis is an electronics engineer, having the role of QA and Compliance Manager.
Working in the field as electronics engineer since 2012. His first studies as an Electronic Engineer Educator proved useful in communicating properly and efficiently with team members and coworkers.
Further studies with a master’s degree at Piraeus University of Applied Sciences in the Internet Of Things followed together with working experience on the field of EMC Testing.

Christos Georgiou is a Senior Finance & Accounting Professional with 13 years of experience in financial management and accounting. He holds an MSc in Applied Economics from the University of Thessaly and a BSc in Economic and Regional Development from Panteion University of Political & Social Sciences. He also has an IFRS Diploma from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW).
As an Advisor in PwC and Senior Accountant in Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Industry for several years he has gained deep experience both in local and multinational financial complexity. He is described as a team player and result-driven individual with an optimistic, can-do attitude.

Dr. Panos Sphicas is a globally experienced mechanical engineer and academic with a Ph.D. from Imperial College London and nearly two decades of research and teaching across six countries—including the USA, UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, and Greece. His work spans energy systems, clean engine development, fluid dynamics, and advanced diagnostics, with hands-on expertise in high-pressure equipment, laser imaging, and system automation. Panos has led multimillion-dollar research initiatives, taught future engineers at top universities, and collaborated with industry leaders like Honda, Ford, and Continental.
