Artemis Achillopoulos; Founder and CEO

Evangelos has more than 25 years of experience in innovation, R&D, marketing and product development on all aspects of Software, Electronic, and Mechanical engineering. Entrepreneur and Innovator, he has been designing and building products since the age of 17.

He is a Pioneer in TV studio tapeless technology with international patents and intellectual property license agreements around the world. He has developed VHF marine antenna systems, renewable energy data logging telemetry systems, industrial freezer automation electronics, news broadcasting specialized effects units, radio station ads/jingles play-out servers to sophisticated ERP Software systems for TV station management and play-out. He is an experienced DIT, Digital Intermediate Supervisor, and color management, expert.

Evangelos studied Electrical Engineering at the Technological Institute of Crete. He is married with three children living in Athens, Greece.

Artemis has more than 20 years of experience in sales, financials and client management. He handles price policy, internal costs, risk analysis, international sales, negotiations and synergy, credit contracts and legal cases.

He worked in the paper and chemical industry as a rep for many Scandinavian and American factories such as Sappi Europe, Societe Chimique Prayon-Rupel, and Kimberly/Clark USA. Being a restless spirit, he developed an interest in the stock market working as a deputy broker in private banking for Intercapital Group SA and Stock & Commodities Advisors. In 2000, he was invited to become a Member of the Board of Directors of a company which was specialized in building innovative software and equipment for Studios and Broadcasting Companies.

Artemis studied Business Administration and Management in Athens and the U.K. He lives in Athens, Greece.

Spyros Trachanis; Advisor and Board Member

Spyros has been an active investor in Greek early stage and growth companies since 1999 following a career in telecom operations consulting. Prior to joining Odyssey Venture Partners, Spyros established Oxygen Capital NeoVentures, a growth capital fund and before that he was an investment director and co-founder of NBGI Ventures and an investment manager with Global Finance.

Spyros’ investments have included InternetQ, Information Dynamics,, Theta Microelectronics, Forth Photonics and Zephyr Communications among others. He is currently a member of the board of the Hellenic Venture Capital Association and has in the past served on the boards and investment committees of several private companies and funds.

He holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the University of Patras and an MBA from Insead. He lives in Athens, Greece.

Thomas Roumpas; Board Member

Thomas is the President of Allou Fun Park and the former President and CEO of the DIONIC Group of Companies. He also sits on a number of Boards and has invested in an assortment of new Startups. He is a highly-respected leader with a strong track record and extensive knowledge of the evolving challenges and opportunities experienced by enterprises today, and how organizations can prepare themselves for the future.

He had a personal Company operating in computing, peripherals, consumables and video games.
He has been President and CEO of DIONIC SA for over 15 years. He is currently a member of the Board of the Allou Fun Park.

Constantinos Parissis

Constantinos Parissis (Greek, 44), is a Strategist with more than 20 years’ experience in Law and Management Consulting.His main expertise as an Attorney is in Administrative, Business and Securities Laws. He has mostly worked as a General Counsel or appointed Chief Attorney. He is also Senior Associate (of counsel) in Lazaratos & Partners, Greece’s leading Law Firm in Administrative Law.

As a Consultant, he specializes in Strategic Management, International Business, Public Administration and Crowdfunding. He is also a Tutor in the National School of Public Administration.

Clients include the Union of the Greek Chambers of Commerce, the largest private healthcare provider in the country, international greenfield investors, Trade Unions, Associations of Entrepreneurs, industry .leaders and promising start-ups.

He obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He also owns a Master’s Degree in International Business from Manchester Business School. His life is divided between his hometown Serres, Athens and London.

He is a vital part of Acromove’s Board of Directors and we are happy to have him working to expand our rapidly growing company.
